about Mirit

As the global head of designing Adobe’s in-person, virtual, and hybrid workplace experience programs, Mirit Cohen is passionate about creating experiences that help people live and work better. A champion for connection and community at work as an antidote to the epidemic of loneliness sweeping the nation, she and her interdisciplinary team are constantly experimenting with new, human-centered approaches to the future of work.

Previously, Cohen was steeped in the world of food as a chef and entrepreneur. Building on what she learned about the link between food and culture growing up in the Jewish community and as a graduate student in Stanford’s psychology department studying the origins of empathy in human and non-human primates, she came to recognize the unparalleled power of food as a tool for shaping culture on purpose — at companies and in communities.

Cohen is also a writer and speaker. She and her family live in the Bay Area.
